Intermediate Instruments  
Intermediate instruments are designed for the advancing student who will continue playing in their high school ensembles, district and all-state honor ensembles and possibly in college and community groups. Intermediate level instruments are made of better quality materials. They produce a higher quality sound and better playability. Most intermediate instrument designs are modeled from the manufacturers professional instrument lines. The intermediate level is appropriate for the majority of advancing student musicians. They offer many features of professional instruments without the financial commitment. Retail pricing for intermediate instruments can range from twenty-five hundred to five thousand dollars.
