RETURN POLICIES

Please contact us within 48 hours of purchase if you receive damaged or defective product.

Non-rental Items must be returned to our retail store in their original condition within 30 days of purchase with the receipt for a refund or exchange.

Mouthpieces are not returnable.

The following items may only be returned if defective or unopened/unused: Strings, Reeds, Rosin, Bows, Drumheads, Drumsticks, Sheet Music/Method Books, Cleaning Products, Cleaning Kits, Liquid/Grease Products, Polish and Polishing Cloths.

We charge a restocking fee of 15% for any (non-rental) instrument return to cover cleaning and sterilization.
